Vaccinations  To ensure the health of your pet and all others in our facility, we require all pets to be current with vaccinations.   This includes: Dogs:  DHLP, Parvo, Rabies, & *Bordetella   Cats: Rabies (required), FVRCP, & Feline Leukemia (recommended).

Current vaccines are the policy of this facility and are required by the state to maintain a kennel license.   We can contact your veterinarian for your pet’s vaccination information when you schedule your pet’s boarding. daycare, or grooming appointment. *Bordetella vaccinations are needed every six (6) months.

Pre-Entry Evaluation All pets will be examined for fleas, ticks and pre-existing physical conditions at the time of admission.  Any pet with fleas will be dipped ($25.00) at owner's expense for the protection of all of our boarding guests. It is highly recommended that you speak with your pet's veterinarian for information on anti-flea products like Frontline & Advantage which are monthly topical treatments against fleas.

Check In & Check Out Information:

• Our rates include all day supervised playtime, treats, pool time, and our food.

• During our "closed" weekend hours all boarding dogs are still being attended to.

• If a departure bath is requested (for an additional charge) it will be given on the day of departure.

• Our boarding rates are charged per night.
  
  Check Out Time:  Is 12:00 pm.  Any Guests staying past check-out time will be charged for an additional night.  If you have requested a FULL bath, brush, nails package for your dog on their day of departure and you are picking up after the 12:00 PM checkout, you will only be charged for daycare on your last day, not boarding.
  
  Sunday Hours:  We have Sunday afternoon pick-up and drop-off from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm only. This is a convenience for clients who are not able to pick-up or drop off on Monday.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO PICK UP ON SUNDAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR SUNDAY BOARDING.  If you pick up Monday by noon it will be the same price.  You will also be charged for Sunday night if you drop off for boarding during that hour.

Pet Boarding Rates:
Dogs - $28.00 per day
Cats: - $19.00 per day

Multiple Pet Discounts: 
2nd Pet 10% off regular boarding rate.
3rd Pet & up 15% off regular boarding rate.

Special Handling: There will be a “special handling fee” for pets that require extra care, such as….

• Any dog 9 years and older - geriatric fee of $2.00 extra per day is added. 

• Any dog bringing in "wet food" that requires refrigeration will be charged $1.00  extra per feeding.

• Any dog requiring medical care or special needs care (recent surgery care or physical disabilities) will be charged $3.00 extra per day.
  
  Medications: that need to be administered by staff will be charged $1.00 each time the medication is given.  ($3.00 for each injection).

Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may accommodate another pet owner.

Pet Luggage:   Items brought from home (toys, towels, small blankets etc.) will contain your household smells and will make your pet feel more comfortable when away from home. All items must be clearly identified. We will not be responsible for any toys lost or chewed during playtime.

Own Pet Diets:  If you are bringing your dogs dry dog food from home, please store this in a plastic container with a lid or in plastic Ziploc bags. Please mark all bags with your last name and your pet's name.  We do allow any glass, ceramic or breakable items to be brought in with your pet.
